The tariff policy of our firm may be characterized as a rather flexible one; given that in the process of determining our fee, we prioritize the system of hourly rates, in some instances we are ready to negotiate other means of payment for our services, taking into account the peculiarities of the project, specifically, establishing a fixed amount of fee payable by the client following completion of a project or payable in installments upon completion of certain milestones in the project.

Rates of every lawyer in our firm depend on the position he holds within the company, which, in its turn, reflects the assessment of the specialist’s expertise by the management of the company. We distribute the workload between our lawyers, ensuring that the highest qualified specialists perform the most challenging part of the project activities and supervise the overall project implementation. We believe that distribution of workload between lawyers in keeping with the said principle enables, on the one hand, to ensure high quality of services rendered to the customer, and, on the other hand, optimizes the client’s costs related to payment of legal consultancy fees.

We are positive that our first-time clients will find that the rates of our lawyers are quite moderate versus the rates charged by other legal firms employing lawyers of comparable expertise.
