Law firm Tua Gratia was established as an independent professional legal consultant, and we will make every possible effort to gain esteem and recognition with our clients and peers in this capacity. We are not bound by any relations that would allow anyone to determine the formation of our stance on any legal issues, or constrain independence of our decision-making with regard to business issues, nor do we intend to be bound by such relations ever in the future.
We do not differentiate between our clients, classifying them into best and second best; every client is treated as important, all aspects of cooperation with which require to be given a most careful consideration
by our firm, including an all-round investigation into whether or not our certain actions on behalf of the client may, or potentially might, cause a conflict of interest with other clients to which we are providing
legal services, or provided in the past. If it transpires that a conflict of interests might arise, we will make it known to the client and will discuss all existing options to resolve the difficulties that have arisen. In
the event we fail to find a way to eliminate or mitigate a conflict of interests, we will reject an assignment that will give rise to a conflict of interest.
We are ready to do everything within our capability to deliver the tasks we are faced with high-quality and in a prompt manner; we are ready to accommodate the requests of our clients provided, of course, that it does not affect the principle stance of the firm on a legal matter and fits with our image of an independent legal consultant.
